- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I've been a customer of WaterStone Bank via the Wauwatosa branch on State Street in the Village of Wauwatosa for a few years now and I've not once been disappointed by the level of service I have received. The staff is friendly, attentive, knowledgeable and professional. I also love that the customer service center is staffed by real people in the Milwaukee area. So when I call, I talk to a friendly person who lives nearby, rather than a machine or a person who lives halfway across the globe. Few things are more frustrating than sitting on hold for 30 minutes waiting for a customer service rep, hitting 0 over and over to talk to a real person. It's almost unbelievable in this day and age to call a company's customer service line and have it answered by a human being! Thank you WaterStone for keeping your customer service operations in our area.
